Step 1 - Find a course

Step 2 - Found a course, add it your "cart"
Once you've found a course that you would like to attend hit the "Add to cart button"
You will see that your 'Cart' updates in the top, right hand cortner.
Step 3- Add more courses if you wish
Carry on looking and add more courses to your cart. Go to your cart to check out once you are done. If you want to book more than one place on a course, maybe for a colleague just add another one!
Step 4 - Your cart
Your Cart holds details of the courses that you would like to book.
When you're ready, you will need to either log in if you already have an account or register if you don't. Agree to the Terms of Business and hit Checkout and complete your purchase
Step 5 - What then ?
You will shortly receive an email confirming your booking, make sure you check your junkmail folder just in case. You can also go to My Account to view details of events you're booked onto and those you've been to - including to leave feedback and print a certificate
We will send you a reminder email recapping on timings, venue address and what is included at the event 24-48 hours beforehand.

The not so small print - Terms and Conditions of Booking
Payment online constitutes a legally binding agreement and acceptance of these Terms.
Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable but CPD Gateway will consider refunds / substitutions up to 48 hours before the event. Substitutions should be emailed to help@cpdgateway.co.uk.
Cancellation/Substitution Period
Date of booking up to 5 working days before event - Full refund or transfer
2-5 working days before event - Transfer onto similar event
2 working days before the event - No refund, no transfer
CPD Gateway reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event. In the unlikely event this should occur CPD Gateway will use best endeavours to provide a complimentary booking at a future event.
CPD Gateway reserves the right to make changes to the programme, speakers or venue should this become necessary.

This enables you to make purchases and to administer certain details in relation to your booking and attendance at these events – ie print a certificate of attendance. And possibly Credit Card details or other payment information. If credit card details are collected they are never stored on our servers.
